Andrew Pacey; Modern Workplace Practice Lead

With over 25 years in the IT industry, Andrew has a background in Training & deployments. He's spent his career working with end-user communities and businesses to help them solve problems and improve their ways of working – especially around collaboration, productivity and managing their collateral, information and IP.

Andrew has now taken the mantle of Modern Workplace Practice Lead at Deptive. Like with any other venture he's undertaken, he is a big believer in getting the foundations for success laid: Start with simple, robust steps and establish the building blocks for moving forward with confidence. Andrew believes that as adoption grows, the end-users will help define the priorities and direction of the roadmap for the successful evolution of the modern workplace for a business.

An Aucklander by birth, Andrew was raised in the Far North, then Waikato, South Australia and Wellington before spending many years travelling overseas and is thrilled to have completed the circle and now be living back in Auckland.

Andrew loves coffee, loves meeting and engaging with people. In his words, 'I've got the ideal role, where I can combine coffee with chatting to people about ways of working.'

In his spare time, Andrew is an active outdoorsman; you'll find him riding bikes, camping and skiing in winter and at the beach in summer. Anything that Andrew can do with his wife, kids, and friends makes him happy.
