Deptive has grown rapidly on the strength of an ever-expanding client list, including some household names – and many other companies from medium-sized right up to the very large. Our philosophy is simple: do it once, do it right. We’ll bring the best people and the best technology to the party, taking the pressure off your shoulders. No need for a massage.
Founded by virtualisation specialist Jason Poyner, Deptive is focused mobility and desktop virtualisation, all day, every day. And even some nights. Jason’s back story isn’t what you’d expect: not too many tech guys grew up on a farm in Northland. But, those early years are definitely part of the Deptive story, supplying the combination of problem solving, pragmatism and innovation that makes any good farm tick. Jason’s still fond of Northland, but his love of technology led him away from the hills and into the Manukau Institute of Technology, Auckland, New Zealand, where he excelled at Electronic and Computer Technology. Travel followed, but work was never far away either. Experience in the US and European markets crystallised Jason’s belief that a dedicated team of mobility and desktop virtualisation specialist would be in hot demand in the New Zealand and Australian markets.
And that’s how Deptive was born. Deptive has grown from an Auckland based team to now also being available from their virtual office in Wellington.
